WARRANTY CLAIMS PROCESS

We are not a brick-and-mortar store, therefore, we only sell online and CANNOT receive in-person returns.

Warranty details are included in your product manual. If you believe your firearm qualifies, begin the process by submitting a warranty claim through our Contact Us page, SUBJECT: RMA and Warranty. Include all necessary information (e.g. photos, serial number, and a clear description of the issue) to help our team assess your claim quickly and accurately.

Returning firearms for a warranty repair:

Once we verify your purchase and firearm details, we’ll issue a Service Request number along with instructions for shipping your firearm to us. Should your Stenzel Industries firearm require service, it should be returned to us in the provided carrying case or a similarly secure container. After we receive your firearm, our team will examine it for warranty-related issues and authorize any covered repairs. If the issue falls outside warranty coverage, we’ll notify you with available options. 

NOTE: ALL FIREARMS SHIPPED TO STENZEL INDUSTRIES WITHOUT A SERVICE REQUEST NUMBER WILL BE REFUSED AND SHIPPED TO THE CUSTOMER AT THEIR EXPENSE. DO NOT SHIP ANY FIREARMS TO OUR FACTORY WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL.  

STENZEL INDUSTRIES LIMITED WARRANTY

Stenzel Industries firearms are built to the highest quality standards. Each firearm undergoes testing and quality assurance before leaving the factory.

All firearms manufactured by Stenzel Industries come with a limited 2-year warranty for the original purchaser. Your original retail purchase date is verified by your sales receipt and ATF Form 4473.

This warranty doesn’t cover:

• • • Damage to the firearm caused by improper care, storage, or maintenance.

    • Accidents, misuse, negligence, abuse, or unreasonable use.

    • Use of the firearm with hand-loaded, reloaded, defective, or improper ammunition.

    • Damage caused by a barrel obstruction.

    • Unauthorized adjustments, disassembly, repairs, or modifications.

    • Damage caused by firing high-energy rounds with the gas regulator set for light loads.

    • Normal wear and tear, including barrel bore wear or corrosion.

    • Finish or surface coatings.

    • Physical injury or property damage resulting, in whole or in part, from criminal use or negligent, improper use, or careless handling.

    • Loss or damage that occurs during return shipment.

    • This warranty DOES NOT cover secondary or subsequent owners of this firearm.

If you find a defect during the warranty period, Stenzel Industries will, at its discretion, repair or replace the firearm with a comparable one at no charge. Non-warranty repairs may incur a service or handling charge. You will be notified if your warranty claim doesn’t qualify for requested repairs. It is imperative you give as much information on your warranty claim as possible. We will reach out to the email you listed with any questions and next steps.

Stenzel Industries disclaims and will not pay for incidental or consequential damages related to economic loss, injury, or property damage resulting from any breach of express or implied warranty. No implied warranties extend beyond the term of this written warranty.

Please note: Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, or limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts. Therefore, the above exclusion and limitations may not apply to you. This warranty grants specific legal rights only to the original retail purchaser. Other rights may apply and vary from state to state. Only an authorized officer of Stenzel Industries can change the terms of this warranty.
